The following Terms & Conditions form part of, and are in addition to the general trading terms & conditions of Linton & Robinson Ltd.

Where there is any contradiction between the terms & conditions stated here, and the general trading terms and conditions, these terms will always take precidence.

Pricing & Availability
Prices displayed on this website are subject to change without prior notification. Changes will appear automatically on the website, as and when necessary.

The availability of items is subject to our normal stock holding and lead times from our suppliers. Items not currently available for immediate despatch either from our own, or supplier's stock will normally be flagged as such on the site.

Payment
We accept all major credit & debit cards as payment, including: Visa, Mastercard, Solo, Switch/Maestro, American Express, JCB, and Laser.

All credit/debit card transactions are handled directly by our Secure Server, and as such are guaranteed safe & secure. We do not transfer your card details to any third party for processing, thus increasing the security of the transaction, and your peace of mind.

In-Store Account Holding Customers Of Linton & Robinson Ltd may also charge on-line purchases to their account.

Order Confirmation
Order Confirmations, either displayed on-screen, or transmitted via e-mail serve only as proof that we have received your order, not that we have accepted the order, and that a contract exists between us. Our acceptance of the order will be indicated when we issue (by post, or e-mail) an invoice for the ordered items.

Delivery Charges
Linton & Robinson Ltd offer Free delivery on all goods despatched to addresses within our local area. For all other locations, throughtout Northern Ireland, Great Britain, & The Republic Of Ireland, delivery charges are based on the location, and item weight.

Delivery costs will be stated clearly before you confirm your order, and in most cases, you will be given the choice of a number of different delivery services and costs.

Despatch
Linton & Robinson Ltd will endeavour to despatch your order on a same day basis, subject to stock availability and normal opening hours - except where delivery is via our free local service.

For free local delivery, your order will be despatched on the next day one of our delivery vehicles is in that area (subject to loading limits).

Back Orders
Items which cannot be despatched within a reasonably short period of time can be placed on back order, however, we will contact you prior to doing so, with the option of cancelling your order, if you so wish.

Payment made for any item which is subsequently cancelled will be immediately refunded to your credit/debit card.

Privacy Policy
Linton & Robinson Ltd do not disclose customer information to third parties other than when order details are processed as part of the order fulfilment.

Placing an order on this site does not automatically enter you on our general mailing list - to join the list please click on mailing list on the left of the screen. You will, however, be added to our on-line customer list, and we may, from time to time send you important information, for example, regarding your account or changes to our terms & conditions etc.

Cookies are used on this site only to keep track of the contents of your shopping trolley, and after you have logged on as part of that process. You can turn off cookies within your browser at anytime, however, you will be unable to place orders or benefit from the other features on this site that use cookies.

Returns Policy
Before returning any goods, Linton & Robinson Ltd must be contacted and issue an RMA (Return Material Authorisation). Items returned without an RMA will not be accepted.

The cost of returning any item is the responsibility of the customer, however, Linton & Robinson Ltd., will make restoration for normal postage costs for items deemed to be faulty. This will be at the sole discression of Linton & Robinson Ltd.
