Rotoscreen Slurry Separator

The Environmental and Economic Solution to Slurry Handling combining screening and dewatering in one unit.

The Rotoscreen is suitable for separation of liquids and solids in a wide range of waste products found on dairy and pig farms, sewage works, abattoirs, cattle markets, food processing plants breweries etc.

Using compression rollers the Carier unit separates the whole slurry into two constituent fractions, a separated liquid and a solids fibre material, providing more flexible management control and better utilisation of a farm natural resource.

The Carier is built from a stainless steel body and galvanised foot frame, heavy duty long lasting bearings, 1.5 kW electric motor and gearbox, automatic wash down system, stainless steel sieve drum and heavy duty compression rollers.
